Formulation development, production, packaging and quality release, in whatever combination a partner needs. Some arrive with a finished specification and need a manufacturer. Others arrive with a format idea and a dose target and need the formulation solved first. Both are normal here.
More than thirty cannabis SKUs across edible and extract programmes. Chocolate is where the deepest capability sits — moulded pieces, bonbon construction, multi-cannabinoid formulations at doses from zero THC up to the regulated package cap. Beyond that we produce standardised solid oral formats.
Format, dose, cannabinoid profile and volume. We say early if something is not manufacturable at the dose accuracy being asked for.
Built in our own facility. For chocolate that means the extract goes into the cocoa butter phase, not into finished product.
A full tempering, moulding or compression cycle on the real line, because a formulation that works in a beaker and fails on a line is not a formulation.
A production lot is tested by a laboratory licensed for the purpose against the declared figures.
The parameters that produced the result become the documented process, and the programme moves to commercial runs.

Dose accuracy at low milligram counts is the problem most edible programmes actually fail on, and it is the problem we built the facility around. A partner who needs 1 mg pieces to come off the line at 1 mg is asking for the thing we are hardest to replace on.
Product does not ship on commercial judgement alone. That applies to a partner’s brand exactly as it applies to our own.
